Based on my special edition 1995 SP RX7 FD, I used the aerofoil wing profile complete with a wicker flap to resize and adapt it onto my NA mx5.
I also added my own simple flavour to it by wrapping it down the rear of the boot lid.
Completing back to back track sessions I noted big differences in the rear end feeling more planted.
Mazda Australia also claimed the wing on its race winning FD RX7 gained notable speeds through the corners with its wing installed. Search for the 1995 Mazda RX7 SP in Australia and you'll find lots of information on the car and design that beat BMW and Porsche.
