1. About 3DRX Design Lab

3DRX Design Lab designs and manufactures automotive parts — 3D-printed and laser-cut components, digital scan/design files, custom parts, and scanning services.

2. Products, use, and fitment

Unless a product page states otherwise, parts sold by 3DRX are supplied for motorsport and off-road use only and are not warranted as road-legal in any jurisdiction. It's your responsibility to check your local regulations before fitting and using any part on a road-registered vehicle.

Product photos, descriptions, and fitment notes are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible, but variation is normal — particularly with 3D-printed parts (layer lines, minor dimensional variance) and parts designed for compatibility with third-party kits (fitment can vary between genuine and aftermarket versions of those kits). Specific fitment and installation notes are provided on individual product pages — read them before ordering and before installing.

Installation of many products involves cutting, drilling, riveting, heat-forming, or otherwise permanently modifying the part and/or your vehicle. This work is undertaken at your own risk. 3DRX is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, the part, or any injury arising from installation, whether or not the installation notes on the product page were followed.

3. Third-party brands and trademarks

Where a product is described as compatible with a third-party kit or component (for example, Garage Vary, Emtron, Haltech), this refers to fitment compatibility only. 3DRX is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party brand referenced on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Payment is authorised at checkout and captured once your order enters production — see the Returns & Refunds Policy for how the pre-production cancellation window works.

3DRX reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where a part cannot reasonably be produced as ordered.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, photos, and written content on this site are the property of 3DRX Design Lab unless otherwise credited (for example, the MX-5 NA meter console, designed by Hisashi Nakade and produced under an official licensing arrangement). Digital files are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 3DRX's liability for any issue with a product is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy. 3DRX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of your vehicle, arising from a product or its installation. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
