Shipping policy

Every part is made to order, so shipping timelines here work a little differently to a typical online store — please read this before ordering, especially if you need something by a specific date.

1. Production time vs delivery time

Orders are made to order with a typical production lead time of 1–2 weeks (see the Returns & Refunds Policy for how cancellations work during this window). Once an order is finished, it's handed to Australia Post — production time and transit time are separate, so total time from order to delivery is production time plus whatever Australia Post's transit time is to your address.

2. How items are shipped

Most products ship via Australia Post, within Australia and internationally, with shipping cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Local pickup / large items

Full bumpers, wings, and other oversized items are local pickup only by default, due to the cost and damage risk of shipping large, unsupported parts. Get in touch if your open to larger items being supplied in parts for your own assembly. If you're outside the local area, larger items can still be made for you if you arrange your own courier to collect directly — see the Returns & Refunds Policy for the transit-risk terms that apply to that arrangement.

Aluminium vent sets and all other standard catalogue items ship as normal via Australia Post.

4. Packaging

Parts are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If something arrives damaged, get in touch — see the Returns & Refunds Policy for how that's handled.

5. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
