Beyond the parts already in the shop, I offer 3D scanning, 3D modelling, and 3D printing services directly - for anyone with a broken part, a rough idea, or a design that just needs bringing to life.

3D Scanning
As part of my services, I can scan and digitally capture components to support reverse-engineering or parts development.
I have a number of scanners at my disposal, if you're unable to drop off a part or your car for scanning I can travel locally if required, feel free to reach out to enquire.
3D Modelling
From a scan, a rough idea, or a sketch, I'm able to model your part from scratch, ready for printing or manufacture. With my Mechanical Engineering background I pride myself on designing parts that are functional, look good and have constructability in mind.
3D Printing
I specialise in functional part printing, I have reasonably large printers in house and am always updating my equipment when I have the chance.Some of the main materials I primarily print with are PETG, ASA, PA, PPA and glass-fibre and carbon-fibre infused variants. I select materials that are fit for purpose using my experience to result in functional parts that look good and perform in their chosen environments.
Filaments are continually evolving and I enjoy experimenting and pushing the boundaries of this technology.
